We sat down with Shemar Jean Charles, cornerback for the Green Bay Packers, to discuss how to stay focused and positive and coping strategies.
Charles was a senior college athlete in 2020, during the height of Covid-19. His goal was to play in the NFL, and despite the pandemic and harsh protocols and restrictions, he made his dream a reality.
We also talked about the stigma associated with men's mental health, how mental and physical health are linked, and unique mental health journeys.
